The update of the Antivirus is verified.

Medium Maintenance

The update of the Antivirus is verified. We create a document with the characteristics of the PC such as: -Hard Drives, Processor, Ram Memory, etc.

Maintenance Pro

Two monthly visits, covering all before mentioned services plus Telephone Attention and Emergency Visits.

Does not apply to: Faults of Hardware; InstalLation of new packages or software; Change of hardware or software without previous notification.
